BSF kill Bangladeshi cattle trader

JOYPURHAT, July 10 (UNB): A Bangladeshi cattle trader was shot dead by the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) on Hatkhola frontier in Panchbibi Upazila here Monday midnight.
The dead was identified as Shahidul (25), son of Abbasuddin of Nandail village.
The Bangladesh Rifles (BDR) sources said when Shahidul reached near sub pillar No. 279/5 of the border at midnight the BSF members fired three rounds of bullet at him, killing him on the spot.
They also took away the body. The BDR members have been kept on alert along the borders of the district.
