BSF shot two Bangladeshi nationals

CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Nov 15 (UNB): Border Security Force (BSF) of India shot and wounded two Bangladeshi cattle traders along Monoharpur border under Shibganj Upazila Sunday.
The injured were identified as Tojammel (35), of Namojagannathpur
village and Harun (43) of Dobhagi village under the same upazila.
BDR sources said the BSF men of Padmachar outpost opened fire on
Tojammel and Harun while they were bringing cattle from India through the border at about 5am.
Tojammel was rushed to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital while Harun to the upazila health complex.
However, BDR sent a letter to the BSF protesting the incident.
Meanwhile, BDR jawans in a drive arrested five Indian nationals while they were intruding into the country through Sahapara border in the upazila this morning at about 10am.
