Burning people can\\\'t be political ideology: Ranga

RANGPUR, Jan 18 (BSS): State Minister for Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Mashiur Rahman Ranga said burning and killing of the innocent people through hurling petrol bombs cannot be political ideology.

"All sorts of terrorist and subversive activities, anarchy, vandalism, setting fire and throwing petrol bombs on vehicles in the name of political movement must be stopped for continuous peace, tranquility and progress," the minister said this while launching the Kholeya union office of Jatiya Party (JP) and distributing 5,000 blankets among the cold-stricken people of five unions on the Kholeya Khaprikhal School and College ground under Gangachhara Upazila Saturday afternoon.

Rakiba Nasrine, wife of the state minister, Gangachhara Upazila Nirbahi Officer Tauhidul Islam and President of Gangachhara upazila unit of JP Mohammad Shamsul Alam attended the occasions as the special guests.
