Case filed over BCL man's murder

BRAHMANBARIA, June 07 (UNB): A case has been filed over the murder of an activist of Chhatra League who was shot dead allegedly by his rival group with the organisation in Brahmanbaria town on Wednesday.

The case was filed against 16 named and 10-12 unknown people on Thursday night following the complaint lodged by the victim's father Aminur Rahman at Sadar Model Police Station.

Former VP of Brahmanbaria Government College Jalal Hossain Khoka has been made the main accused while recently expelled Hasan Al-Farabi Joy, vice-president of District Chhatra League unit, who shot the victim in public, was made second accused.
