Charge sheet against Moudud, his brother

The Anti-corruption Commission (ACC) pressed charge sheet Monday against BNP stalwart Barrister Moudud Ahmed and his brother in a case filed for purportedly grabbing a government house in the city's Gulshan area, reports UNB.
ACC deputy director and investigation officer of the case Harun-ur-Rashid submitted the charge sheet before the Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court Monday.
On December 17, 2013, ACC deputy director filed the case against Moudud Ahmed and his brother Manzur Ahmed, now living in London, with Gulshan thana on charge of grabbing a government house worth about Tk 3.0 billion.
