CMC authorities suspend five interns, three students

COMILLA, Nov 3 (UNB): The authorities of Comilla Medical College (CMC) suspended eight students, including five interns, following a clash between two factions of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) on the campus.
The five suspended interns are Dr Khalek, Dr Nowshad, Dr Sadman, Dr Shyamla and Dr Tanvir.
Campus sources said two factions of BCL- - one led by 8th batch student Palash and another by 2nd batch student Hannan-- locked into a clash on Tuesday night, leaving five students injured.
Police, however, detained three students from the spot and later released them.
