Comilla court dismisses cases against former FBCCI president

A Comilla court recently discharged the three cases filed against former president of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry Yusuf Abdullah Harun.
Three separate cases were filed against Yusuf Abdullah Harun with Comilla magistrate court.
After investigation, Murad-nagar police recently submitted a final report to the court describing the cases as 'false and fabricated', said a press release.
The magistrate court dismissed the cases as none of the witnesses appeared before the court during the hearing of the cases.
