CHUADANGA, Nov 10 (BSS): Police recovered 12 bombs from Ashmankhali Bazar area under Alamdanga upazila of the district today.
Local people said the bombs were seen by some day labourers in a drain in the area this morning while they were cleaning it.
Being informed, police rushed to the spot and recovered the home-made bombs this noon.
None was arrested in this connection and the bombs were deactivated later, police sources said. Additional Superintendent of Police Torikul Islam visited the spot.
