Eight cadres of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL), the student wing of ruling Awami League, were expelled for one year from the Chittagong University (CU) for their unruly activities, reported UNB Thursday.
The expelled students are: Rashedul Hannan, Fazle Rabbi, Sarwarul Islam, Rakib Hasan, Zahedul Islam, Asperul Haq, Ahsan Siddiqi and Iftekharul Haider.
