SHERPUR, Dec 2 (UNB): The Detective Branch (DB) of police Thursday arrested top leaders of district Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD).
JCD President of the district Raihanul Haq Rupon and General Secretary Qamrul Islam were held in front of the Collectorate office at 3.30 pm. They were later handed over to the police.
The law enforcers said the leaders were arrested in connection with specific case under the anti-terrorism act. But details of the case was not given.
