Police said on Friday they took custody of Golam Kibria Tipu, general secretary of Dhaka metropolitan unit of Awami League (AL)'s voluntary wing Swechasebak League after locals caught him from his hideout in Dakshin Keraniganj of Dhaka, reports UNB.
Dakshin Keraniganj police station's Officer-in-Charge Mazharul Islam said locals caught him from Bir Baghoir area on Thursday night and handed him over to them.
