ICT specialist Professor M Kaikobad, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) told the FE that he didn't think it would be effective in digitalizing the country. "I don't think it would be effective, as there is a lack of experts for implementing in the programmes of digitalization including A2I", Professor Kaikobad said. He said:" The urgent need is to set up the right people at the right place, secondly, making trained teachers. At present, I think, there is a lack of both".
