CUMILLA, Sep 13 (BSS): Railways Minister Md Nurul Islam Sujon said here on Sunday trains could run on double lines on the Dhaka-Chattogram route in 2022.
The minister said this at Cumilla Rail Station. Nurul Islam said the construction works for double railway lines on the route will be ended on June in 2022.
"The Cumilla Rail Station would be rebuilt to make it befitting with the double line" the minister added.
He was returning Dhaka from Chattogram boarding Bijoy Express.
