Dr Zahid of DAB arrested

Members of Detective Branch (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police arrested Dr Zahid, an advisor to BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia and secretary general of Doctors` Association of Bangladesh (DAB) in Moghbazar area in Dhaka Sunday evening. DB sources said they arrested Dr Zahid from his chamber in the capital's Boro Moghbazar in the evening. But they did not say on what charge the DAB secretary was held, reports UNB.
