EC to send 6 politicians\\\' affidavits to ACC today

In response to the anti-graft body's request, the Election Commission (EC) will send the affidavits of six powerful politicians, including ex-ministers, to the Anti-corruption Commission (ACC) today (Tuesday), UNB.

"The affidavits of the six politicians they submitted to the commission before the 9th and 10th parliamentary polls are most likely to be sent today (Tuesday)," said a senior assistant secretary of the EC secretariat.

The six politicians are former health minister Dr AFM Ruhal Haque, former state minister for water resources Mahbubur Rahman and former state minister for housing and public works Abdul Mannan Khan, and ex-MPs Aslamul Haque, Abdur Rahman Bodi and Abdul Jabbar.
