Eight JMB men sentenced to jail in Bagerhat

BAGERHAT, Feb 15 (BSS): A court here on Thursday sentenced eight operatives of banned militant outfit Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JBM) to different terms of jail in a case filed 2016.

Additional Judicial Magistrate Dr Md Atikus Samad handed down the verdict to Akash Molla, Md Kabirul Islam, Mizanur Rahman, Md Johirul Islam, Md Maksudur Rahman, Md Morshed, Md Siful Islam and Torikul Islam. They are the residents of Bagerhat, Pirojpur and Satkhira districts.
