Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Haque today said every expatriate is an envoy of Bangladesh as he/she represents country's tradition and culture in the country where he/she lives, reports BSS.
"Every Bangladeshi expatriate is an envoy to a country, as he/she is strengthening the bonds with that country by practising Bangladesh's culture there ," the Minister made the comments while speaking at a reception organised by Gazipur District Samity at New York in USA.
