GAZIPUR, June 22 (UNB): Former ministers Anisul Huq and Qamrul Islam, former adviser Salman F Rahman and former Inspector General of Police (IGP) Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun have been shown arrested in three murder cases in Gazipur.
Judge of Gazipur Metropolitan Magistrate Court Omar Faruk passed the order on Sunday after hearing separate petitions, said court inspector Ahsan Ullah Chowdhury.
Earlier, the four were brought in from Dhaka Central Prison amid the tight security and produced before the court in the cases filed with Gacha Police Station under Gazipur Metropolitan Police.
