Five held with Arges grenade

SHERPUR, Jan 30 (UNB): Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a drive recovered one Arges grenade from the house of upazila BNP President Abdul Hakim at Satani village under Sribordi Upazila and arrested five people in this connection Saturday.
The arrestees were identified as Rezaul Karim alias Pakku (52), Manik (37) of Satani village, Abdul Alim (18) of Tantihat village, Nanda Miah (55) of Gharamara village, Kamruzzaman alias Komol Dafader (55) of Viadanga village of the upazila.
The RAB-12, led by Captain Mahfuzul Islam of Jamalpur camp conducted the drive at the house of Abdul Hakim and recovered the grenade at about 4:30 am.
