Five robbers hurt in \\\'gunfight\\\' with police in Khulna

KHULNA, July 14 (UNB): Five alleged robbers, including ringleader Morshed, were injured in a gunfight with police at Ajgora Gaus Bhery intersection in Terokhada upazila early Tuesday.

The other injured were identified as Mohammad Ali Fakir, Kabir Sheikh, Habib Sheikh and Nazrul Khan.

Tipped off that a gang of robbers was preparing to commit robbery at Ajgora in the upazila, a police team launched a drive in the area around 1:00 am, said officer-in-charge (OC) of Terokhada thana M Nasir Uddin.
