Former MP Mohiuddin Ahmed dies

MUNSHIGANJ, Mar 11 (UNB): Mohiuddin Ahmed, former MP of Munshiganj-1, passed away on Tuesday. He was 75.
Mohiuddin, who served for many years as president of the Sirajdikhan Upazila unit of Awami League and also a Liberation War organiser, breathed his last at the hospital around 6:30 pm, according to his family. 0Family sources said he was admitted to the hospital due to illness.
Mohiuddin , three-time upazila chairman, and five-time union parishad chairman, is survived by his wife, two sons, and a daughter.
