Four BCL men suspended over grieving Sayeedi's death on Facebook

Four Chhatra League activists were suspended and one was served with a show cause notice in Satkhira, and Thakurgaon over grieving war criminal Delwar Hossain Sayeedi's death on Facebook, reports UNB.

In Satkhira, the District Chhatra League leaders said the decision to suspend the three activists was taken because their Facebook posts went against the ideology of the organisation.

In Thakurgaon, one BCL man was suspended and another was served with a show cause notice over the matter, according to a press release signed by Pirganj Upazila Chhatra League President Tanvir Rahman Mithu and General Secretary Nawab Hossain on Wednesday.
