Gonojagoron Mancha's Sylhet unit has called for a rally tomorrow (Friday) to protest the killing of its activist blogger Ananta Bijoy Das, reports bdnews24.com.

Mancha's local unit chief Debashish Debu announced a half-day shutdown for Wednesday in Sylhet minutes after the killing on Tuesday."We are going to hold a solidarity rally at the Sylhet Central Shaheed Minar at 4:00 pm on Friday."

Further programmes would be announced at the rally, said Debu. The Mancha will hold meetings to exchange views with various progressive students' bodies.
