'Govt implementing labour-friendly programmes'

NETRAKONA May 06 (BSS): State Minister for Social Welfare Ashraf Ali Khan Khasru today said the present government is a labourer friendly government as it has been implementing different pragmatic programmes for improving the socio-economic condition of the working people.

"The incumbent government under the dynamic leadership of Premier Sheikh Hasina is designing and implementing various labourer-friendly programmes to ensure the welfare of the working people side by side with updating and modernizing the Bangladesh labour act", he said.

Khasru said these while addressing the general meeting of District CNG Drivers and Sramik Union at a local public hall here as chief guest.
