Handcuffed JL men snatched from police in Ctg

CHATTOGRAM, Jun 9 (UNB): Local activists of the Awami League (AL) snatched a handcuffed Jubo League (JL) member from police in the early hours of Sunday.

He was arrested over his involvement in a factional clash in Anwara upazila on Friday afternoon.

During the snatching five police officers, including officer-in-charge of Karnaphuli thana Md Zahir Hossain injured and a police vehicle got damaged.
