Hanif's first anniversary of death today

The first death anniversary of former mayor of the Dhaka City Corporation (DCC) and Dhaka City Awami League president Mohammad Hanif will be observed today (Wednesday).
Different socio-cultural and political organisations including the Awami League have chalked out elaborate programmes marking the day.
A Doa Mahfil organised by Mayor Mohammad Hanif Memorial Foundation will be held at Nazir Bazar Bara Jame Mosque in the city after Maghrib prayers.
