Hasina's military adviser sued over graft case

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has filed four cases against 19 people including former prime minister's ex-military adviser Tariq Ahmed Siddiqui on charge of embezzling TK 8.12 billionfrom three airport development projects, reports UNB.

ACC Director General Md. Akhter Hossain revealed this while speaking at a press briefing at its headquarters in the capital on Monday.

Former senior secretary of the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism Mohibul Haque, Bangladesh Civil Aviation Authority (BACA) chairman M. Mofidur Rahman were among the accused.
