CUMILLA, Sept 13 (BSS): National Citizen Party (NCP) Chief Organizer (Southern region) Hasnat Abdullah has urged students to pursue their own dreams rather than merely following the expectations of their parents or elders.
"What you want is real. What your parents want or what your grandfather wants is not important," he told a career guidance and meritorious students' reception programme organized by the Debidwar Publician Association at the Debidwar Upazila Parishad Hall in the district on Saturday.
Hasnat Abdullah said, "Not everyone needs to study in a university or get an A plus. Every person's path to success is different."
He added, "It is not a crime if you do not like to study, but it is essential to be a good person. Some are good at
cooking, some at drawing, some can sing -
these can also be professions.”
