HC bail of Minar stayed

The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court (SC) Sunday stayed the bail of BNP leader Mahtab Uddin Chowdhury Minar, the prime accused in the murder case of Fulgazi Upazila parishad chairman Ekramul Haque and asked him to surrender before the trial court within next two weeks, reports UNB.
Justice Hasan Foez Siddique passed the order after the prosecution filed a petition against the bail of Minar.
Earlier, on July 17, Mahtab Uddin Chowdhury Minar was freed from jail on bail.
