HC issues order to use Bengali in signboards

In response to a writ petition, the High Court (HC) Monday issued an order to use Bengali in signboards, nameplates and number plates of vehicles as well as electronic media advertisements, reports UNB.
The HC bench comprising Justice Kazi Reza-ul Haq and Justice ABM Altaf Hossain passed the order after a hearing on a writ petition filed by Supreme Court lawyer Yunus Ali Akand Sunday.
