High Court grants bail to Kh Mahbub

The High Court (HC) Thursday granted bail to BNP chairperson's adviser and vice-chairman of Bangladesh Bar Council Khandker Mahbub Hossain in a case filed with the capital's Ramna Police Station, reports UNB.
Passing the interim order upon a petition, an HC division bench comprising Justice Naima Haider and Justice Zafar Ahmed issued rule asking the government to explain why the accused-petitioner should not be granted regular bail in connection with the criminal case.
