Huda sued with wife, Elina Khan for 'extortion'

A construction contractor has filed an extortion case against former communications minister Nazmul Huda, his wife Sigma Huda and Advocate Elina Khan, police said Wednesday, reports bdnews24.com.
Ohidur Rahman, who works for the Roads and Highways Department (RHD) as its enlisted contractor, filed the case with Tejgaon police station in the city charging the three with demanding Tk 1.0 million from him.
According to Ohidur, of the demanded amount he handed over Tk o.55 million in cash to Sigma Huda and Elina Khan.
