But the tribunal was reconstituted on February 23 with the appointment of Justice M Enayetur Rahim as the new chairman, the post which fell vacant after the retirement of Justice ATM Fazle Kabir on December 31, 2013.
Wednesday was fixed for an order, whether to set a date for pronouncing verdict in the Nizami trial or to hear the arguments once again. Taking part in the hearing prosecutor Advocate Mohammad Ali pleaded for setting a new date.
Meanwhile, Nizami's counsel Advocate Tajul Islam in his submission pleaded for 'full length hearing'.
