ICT sends ABPn constable Sujan to jail

The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) on Sunday sent to jail Armed Police Battalion (APBn) constable Mohammad Sujan, who was seen shooting at a student-people rally in capital's Chankharpul area on August 05, reports BSS.

"The three-member tribunal led by Justice Md Golam Mortuza Mozumder passed the order, showing him arrested in a case filled for crimes against humanity," prosecutor BM Sultan Mahmud told the new agency.

The tribunal also set February 23 for submitting the probe report in the case.
