A Dhaka court has placed police inspector Mazharul Islam on a five-day remand in the case lodged over the murder of Lord Hardinge Fazil Degree Madrasah student Arif in the capital's Jatrabari area on July 19, reports BSS.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Tahmina Haque passed the order on Friday as police produced Mazharul before the court with a 10-day remand prayer.

Madrasah student Arif was shot in his eye and succumbed to his injuries on July 19.
