Jamaat leader held at Keraniganj

Police arrested a Jamaat leader from the Hasnabad area under South Keraniganj thana Monday evening, reports BSS.
The arrestee was identified as Shahinur Islam (45), secretary of Dhaka district (south) Jamaat.
He was arrested on several charges, including destructive activities and damaging transports at different places in Keraniganj.
Police sent him to court and demanded 10 days remand. After hearing the court granted one day remand.
