JaPa sells 1,179 forms in two days

A total of 1,179 aspirants have collected nomination forms from Jatiya Party (JaPa) in two days to get party nomination to contest in the upcoming Jatiya Sangsad (JS) polls slated to be held on January 7, 2024, reports BSS.

"A total of 622 aspirants have collected nomination forms today, reaching the total number 1,179," JaPa Secretary General Md Mujibul Haque Chunnu told journalists on Tuesday.

On Monday, 557 aspirants collected nomination forms, he said.
