The 5th death anniversary of former president and founder chairman of Jatiya Party (JaPa) Hussain Muhammad Ershad will be observed today (Sunday), reports BSS.
JaPa and its associate organisations have taken elaborate programmes to observe the death anniversary in a befitting manner.
As part of the programmes, JaPa and its associate bodies will place floral wreaths at the portrait of Hussain Muhammad Ershad at the party's Kakrainl central office at 09:00 am. A doa mahfil and memorial meeting will be held in city.
JaPa chairman and leader of the opposition in parliament GM Quader will chair the meeting while JaPa secretary general Md Mujibul Haque Chunnu and other central leaders will take part in the discussion.
