JMD gets new committee

A full-fledged 119-member executive committee of BNP's associate body Jatiyatabadi Muktijoddha Dal (JMD) has been formed with Ishtiaq Aziz Ulfat its president and MM Shafiuzzaman Khokan the general secretary, reports UNB.

BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has approved the committee, said a party press release Tuesday.

Abul Hossain has been made senior vice president while M Sadek Ahmed Khan senior joint general secretary and AKM Nurul Amin organising secretary of the new committee.

Mirza Fakhrul urged all members of the new committee to work together for making the organisation stronger and more dynamic.
