JS body for quick completion of govt officials' database

The 13th Parliamentary Standing Committee on Ministry of Establishment has recommended completion of the work on database of the government officials of all cadres as quickly as possible, reports BSS.
The meeting was held at the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban Monday with the committee Chairman Khandaker Asaduzzaman in the chair.
Committee members Deputy Leader of the House Syeda Sajeda Chowdhury, M Barkat Ullah Bulu, HN Ashiqur Rahman, ABM Golam Mostafa, M Abu Talha, MA Mannan and Jahanara Begum attended the meeting.
The meeting was informed that the database and updating of all BCS cadres of the government from deputy secretary and above have been managed by Public Service Commission (PSC) since 1986.
The PSC recently took an initiative to preserve and update database of all the government officials and work on the database of 12 cadres has already been completed.
