A delegation of Jatiya Sangsad (JS) whips, led by Chief Whip ASM Feroz, made on Wednesday a courtesy call on President M Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban here.
The delegation congratulated President Hamid for being re-elected as the President of Bangladesh for the second consecutive term, President's Press Secretary Mohammad Joynal Abedin told BSS this afternoon.
During the meeting, they also presented a bouquet to President Hamid.
They wished sound health of the President and success in his life.
