Jubo League man killed in Noakhali

NOAKHALI, Mar 2 (BSS): A Jubo League activist was beaten to death by miscreants for lodging protest against gambling in Maijdee court area of the district Sunday night.
The victim was Redwan Hossain Ledu (22), son of Abdul Matlab, of Paschim Maijdee area.
Anwar Hossain, officer-in-charge (OC) of Sudharam model thana, said gambler Rubel along with his associates mercilessly beat up Redwan around 11:00 pm, leaving him dead on the spot.
