Jubo League man killed in Pabna

PABNA, Aug 29 (UNB): A local Jubo League (JL) activist was stabbed to death by some miscreants in the Mashuriapara area in Ishwardi Upazila Thursday night.

The deceased was identified as Musa Hossain, 22, son of Abdul Zalil of the area.

Biman Kumar Dash, officer-in-charge (OC) of Ishwardi Police station, said some unidentified miscreants coming in a motorbike stabbed Musa indiscriminately when he was sitting with his friends in the Bostipara Mahalla area around 11:00 pm, leaving him critically injured.

Later, he was rushed to Sadar Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries around 1:00 am.
