A court in the city on Thursday set January 24 for pronouncing judgment in a case filed against BNP standing committee member Mirza Abbas for amassing illegal wealth and concealing the information, reports BSS.
Judge Manjurul Imam of Dhaka Special Judge Court-6 passed the order as the verdict of the case was not prepared on Thursday.
The ACC on August 16, 2007, filed the case with Ramna Police Station for amassing illegal wealth of Taka 7.54 crore and concealing information about wealth of Taka 57.26 lakh.
