A court here on Thursday fixed January 10, 11 for next hearing in the Zia Orphanage Trust graft case against BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia, reports UNB.
Judge Md Akhtaruzzaman of the makeshift court on Alia Madrasa premises in Bakshibazar fixed the date after hearing for the seventh day.
While placing the defence argument, Khaleda Zia's lawyer Advocate AJ Mohammad Ali claimed that the documents of the case were prepared with fabricated information.
The investigation could not prove where the fund money was distributed, said the lawyer.
Even no witness could show that Khaleda Zia had signed any paper, said AJ Mohammad Ali.
