Khaleda's April 29 Barisal rally postponed

BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia's public meeting at Barisal divisional headquarters, scheduled for April 29, has been postponed, reports UNB.
BNP organising secretary M Elias Ali told the news agency Sunday that Barisal divisional rally has been postponed, as most of the party leaders of Barisal will be busy in by-election to Bhola-3 parliamentary constituency to be held on April 24.
Earlier, on March 29, BNP chairperson Khaleda kicked off her divisional political tour through addressing a grand public meeting at Laldighi Maidan in the port city of Chittagong.
Khaleda is scheduled to address a public meeting at Khulna divisional headquarters on April 18.
The date of her public meetings in Rajshahi city has been set on May 4 and that in Dhaka city on May 19.
