State Minister for Information Dr Murad Hassan addressing a discussion organised by Bangabandhu Sangskritik Jote at the National Press Club in the city on Thursday marking the 57th death anniversary of Huseyn Shaheed Suhrawardy — Focus Bangla Awami League (AL) presidium member and central 14-party alliance spokesperson Mohammad Nasim said on Thursday bail of imprisoned BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia cannot be obtained from the court by force, reports BSS.
"BNP has to go through the legal procedure to release Khaleda Zia instead of destabilising the country. Begum Zia cannot be released by destroying the court's peaceful environment," he said, referring to the BNP leaders.
