KHULNA, Sept 8(BSS): A court in Khulna has sent an Awami League (AL) leader, Sharmin Rahman Shikha, to jail in a vandalism case filed with Khalishpur Police Station of the district. Khulna Metropolitan Magistrate passed the order on Monday after rejecting her bail petition.Earlier, a team of the Detective Branch (DB) of Khulna Metropolitan Police (KMP), using mobile tracking, arrested Sharmin Rahman Shikha, president of Khalishpur thana unit of AL on Sunday.
