Law enforcers to resist anarchy over Khaleda's case verdict: Minister

PABNA, Dec 21 (UNB): Home Minster Asaduzzaman Khan said on Thursday law enforcers have been kept on alert to resist any possible anarchy in the country over the verdict in the graft cases against BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia.
"Law enforcers are always ready to maintain law and order in the country," he said while addressing a programme after inaugurating the new building of Hundial police investigation centre in Chatmohar upazila of the district.
"No one is above law and the judiciary is independent. The offenders will be brought to justice, no matter who they are," he said.
