Lawyers across the country will observe Judiciary Separation Day today (Thursday), marking the historic separation of the judiciary from executive control, reports UNB.
On the occasion, the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) will hold a seminar titled 'Separation of the Judiciary with Hopes of Justice and Good Governance' at the SCBA auditorium in the city at 4:00 pm on the day.
Chief Justice M Ruhul Amin will be present at the seminar as the chief guest.
SCBA President M Amir-Ul Islam will preside over the function.
